Visit to CPSC building site
On 25 November 2014 the artist Sophus Ejler Jepsen visited the CPSC building site together with representatives from Lundgaard & Trandberg Architechts, The Danish Building & Property Agency, SCIENCE Plan & Projekt and PLEN.
Sophus Ejler Jepsen is going to make artwork for the second CPSC building, and the group was introduced to the architectural plans for both the first and the second of the buildings. Peter Kjær from Lundgaard & Trandberg Architechts gave a tour of the building site where the first of the CPSC buildings are presently being constructed. It will be finished in 2016.
Afterwards the group visited the labs in the existing buildings of the Department of Plant and Environmental Sciences (PLEN) next to the building site. Here they talked to Lars Scharff, postdoc at Copenhagen Plant Science Centre, who showed them around in the laboratories.
