In 2016 Copenhagen Plant Science Centre will be host to the 13th Nordic Photosynthesis Congress (NPC). The congress is organized every two years and is an important forum for scientists in photosynthesis and related topics including bioenergy.
At the recent NPC12 congress on 14-17 October in Uppsala, Sweden, the topics were Antennas and Reaction centers; Water oxidation and Electron transfer; Regulation of Photosynthesis; Artificial photosynthesis and Solar fuels. The closing talk at the conference was given by Poul Erik Jensen, Vice-Head of CPSC, on “Redirecting photosynthetic reducing power towards small molecules”.
Copenhagen Plant Science Centre is looking forward to welcoming scientists to the next congress in 2016 in Copenhagen.
