ELLS summer school 2016

There is a demand in Europe for young professionals with a basic understanding of plant breeding. This course focuses on plant breeding of field crop plants (for example grain, grass, and tubers), forestry trees and specialty plants with reference to temperate climate growth conditions.

The aim is to bridge plant molecular biology and practical plant breeding. A mix of lectures, case studies and practical exercises will provide an excellent learning experience.

Leading experts in their fields will be teaching.
